How's Your Cell Phone Coverage?: Complain Here and I'll Post Them

We all get a little peeved when our cell phone coverage gets dropped, at least I know I do. I'm in the industry and have a hard time explaining why this happens. It is not as if the cell carriers don't care. They care a lot. Could be that even the biggest of cell carriers don't have enough resources to find all the 'holes' in service.

Cell phone coverage is not just a bragging right, it is one of the most important sales statistics carriers have in their advertising arsenals. Spotting reception equals spotty sales. Who would purposefully buy a service without proven good service? Shamefully, the folks who are after a bargain; low monthly rates and programs.

One way we can help is to complain! A database of weak, spotty and dead zones will give the carriers the information they need to fill our needs and make more sales. We can help the cell providers to help us.

Let's commence complaining. Your comments will be passed on in my blog posts and eventually a dbase so carriers can go directly to the source. So let the rants begin.
